Concrete Works
Concrete is a maintenance free surface. It has excellent anti slip property's, is extremely hard wearing and can be used for a wide variety of applications such as:
- interior floors (with damp-proofing)
- external works such as a concrete yard, driveway or farm lane
- reinforced concrete pads for mobile homes, static caravans, stables & other outbuildings
A float or power floated finish can be applied and is required for all internal works (such as a house build or extension). It gives a smooth finish suitable for painting or internal floor coverings.
The materials we use are quality tested and assured from our suppliers and we can supply different grades of material based on what your project requires.
Concrete is available in different strengths and can include fibres for extra durability and/or reinforcing materials, such as steel mesh, where required. For equine stable bases we always use an RC45 application, which is a very strong concrete with a very high cement content to cope with the ammonia.
We tackle all aspects of preparation including excavation of your site. All forms and shutters are set up using a laser level to achieve the correct levels that the site requires. We can access difficult to reach areas with the use of concrete pumps and belts making tricky sites more accessible.
